Renovation questions

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

Usually yes. We plan the work in phases where possible, keep the site tidy and agree working hours up front, so disruption is kept to a minimum.

How do you avoid surprise extras?

Every quote comes with a detailed bill of quantities. If something unexpected comes up behind a wall, we show you, price it and only go ahead once you approve it.

Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?

Yes. We coordinate all trades on site, including plumbing, electrical and tiling, and you deal with one contact for the whole job.

Do you do small renovations?

Yes. Single bathrooms, kitchens and repairs are welcome. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know quickly.
